Terms of Service

finall AI is a read-only financial dashboard. It aggregates account, balance, transaction, investment, and liability data from institutions you connect via Plaid, and presents it to you and the household members you choose to share it with. finall AI is not a bank, is not a money transmitter, does not hold or move your money, and cannot initiate payments or transfers at your institution.

Spending analysis, cash-flow projections, planner output, and card recommendations are informational only and are generated from rules and the data you've linked. They are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and finall AI is not a registered investment adviser. Decisions you make based on this information are your own responsibility.

• You must be 18 or older to use Finall.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account.
• If you invite others into your household, you are responsible for understanding what each role (owner/admin/member/viewer) can see and do before inviting them.
• You must have the right to connect any institution account you link, including joint accounts.

When you link a financial institution, you authenticate directly with that institution through Plaid, and you authorize Plaid to share your account data with finall AI. Your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid's end-user terms. You can revoke this access at any time from the Connections page or directly with your institution.

Don't use finall AIto access accounts you're not authorized to view, attempt to disrupt or probe the service outside good-faith security research disclosed per our security policy, or resell or redistribute the service without permission.

finall AIis provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that account data shown is complete, accurate, or up to date — it depends on data your institutions make available through Plaid, which can be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, finall AI and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or from decisions made using information it displays.

You may stop using finall AI and request deletion of your data at any time by emailing security@finallai.com. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the date below and, where required, be communicated directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
